We're had great luck using w2k8 on our VMs except for one server. This one app which also makes use of a database runs horrible in a virtual environment on w2k8, but just great on an old physical 2950 physical server running w2k8 or even a virtual windows 2003 server is fine. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the issue or where I could start looking?
