Case solved, I just realize there was a pending message in the VMware toolbar by saying *Adapter Ethernet0 may not have network connectivity.MAC address 00:0C:29:58:61:19 of adapter Ethernet0 is within the reserved address range or is in use by another virtual adapter on your system.*. I just check that on google and found a identical case on VMware communities with the solution: http://communities.vmware.com/thread/269465?start=0&tstart=0. To make the story short my VMs were duplicated and were using the same MAC address. So just shutdown one of the VM and generate a new MAC for it in Settings->Network Adapters->Settings->Advance
