OK quick update
I have changed the Misc.ApdTimeout from 140seconds to 500 and NFS.HeartBeat Frequency to 500 seconds to test. The NFS data store now does not go offline in VMware while the NFS server is rebooted but when I browse the data store it shows as empty even after the NFS server is up and online.
Any ideas?
